IS THERE A MAGIC CURE FOR ACNE?

I don’t know but I would allow a guy that invited me to check out his blog that has loads and loads of articles that would help you (and me) get rid of our acne. That is if we apply the knowledge obtained ‘cos you know that knowledge gained and not applied is as useless as not knowing at all (hope you get my drift).

Well, here is the article that I loved. Thank you, Paul for the article.

Is There A Magic Cure For Acne? By Paul Schaverien

Unfortunately, as I’m sure you’re aware there is no magic cure for acne, but there are many ways to help prevent it and should you be unfortunate enough to have acne, to control it until it has run its course and gone.
For many years research has been undertaken to, if not find the ‘magic’ cure, at least find a method of making acne quickly disappear. There has, as yet been no ‘breakthrough’ but there are now remedies which are effective in controlling acne. Although the type of acne, the seriousness of the acne and the application method or methods all have a bearing on just how effective the remedy will be. Try not to be too downbeat about ever finding a cure: just keep reading and I’ll try my best to help you.
Try these top tips for avoiding or treating acne. You may already know all or some of the tips or they may seem obvious to you but these can help to avoid the onset of acne or help if you have it.
• Drink loads of water everyday – at least 2 liters every day will help to clean your ‘system and flush toxins from your body. This also helps with your general well being.
• Exercise – by taking reasonable exercise you will help to rid your body of toxins and the sweat can help to clear your pores. Always shower after exercise to ensure you are not retaining dead skin etc. on your body.
• Wash regularly – at least five or six times a day using a mild soap. If you have oily skin wash even more than this.
• Don’t wear tight clothing which will retain body perspiration and not allow your body to ‘breathe’ freely.
• Be careful about your diet. Although there is believed to be no direct link between diet and acne it makes sense to avoid foods which are generally accepted to be harmful to your health such as things high in fat, sugar and salt.
• Eat loads of fresh fruit and vegetables – this ties in with the above point and at the least can only improve your general well being.
• Under NO circumstances should you try to pop your acne. It can extend the period you’re affected by acne and lead to scarring. Avoid excessive touching of your face.
• Avoid over using cosmetics and always remove cosmetics before going to bed – your pores can clog up with cosmetics if left on too long.
• Use natural products wherever possible, especially when they will be in constant contact with your body.
• Give your treatment time to work. Don’t just give up if you can see no visible improvement within a couple of days.
Probably the most important action you can take to fight acne, and one that a lot of people forget is to visit your doctor or dermatologist. A lot of people are so busy rushing about trying out the latest ‘instant’ cure, buying ebooks or other ‘schemes’ that they forget that these professionals have vast experience in treating this type of problem.

Check out his blog http://acne-causes-symptoms-cures.com/blog for more articles. I would be posting more of any article that I love in the future.

That is all for today guys. Stay beautifully blessed.
