7 MAKE UP TIPS FOR ACNE SUFFERERS

Make up makes you look and feel good (that is if it is applied in the right way) but some products are known to cause or aggravate acne which is a big problem for acne sufferers. However some people cannot do without make-up even for a day because of various reasons like maybe they have spots or blemishes that they want to cover up or some other reasons that I might not know about.

The point is that we ladies like to apply make up sometimes but the fact that we (I am also prone to acne) have acne would make the selection of make-up products that we use to be done with caution. The make-up products that are non-comedogenic or non-acnegenic are the ones that are very good for those who are acne prone.

When you are going to get a new make-up product, it would be very important for you to remember these following tips. These tips would help you in your quest to have an acne free skin and also help you look good.

The tips are:
1. Buy a water based foundation: If you use foundation, you should buy one that is water based. It is known that most acne prone people have oily skin on their face, so buying a foundation that is oil based would further clog your pores. A water-based foundation would allow your skin to breathe while giving you coverage.

2. Buy an oil control powder: Like I said, most people that are prone to acne usually have oily skin so using oil control powder would help reducing the production of oil. This oil reduction would help control acne as the follicle would have less oil to cause it to become plugged.

3. Buy make-up products that have sun protection factor (SPF): The best make-up product for anyone (those who are not acne prone and those who are) is one that has a SPF of above 15. This would protect your skin from the harshness of the sun’s UV rays causing you to have great skin. Products that have Sun protection factor have the dual advantage of protecting your skin and making you look good.

4. Use water based moisturizers: Moisturizers are essential in hydrating your skin, it help makes your skin feel soft and supple. However you have to use moisturizers that do not contain oil so as not to aggravate your acne, so it is best that you stick to moisturizers that are water based and are non-comedogenic.

5. Drink lots of water: This tip has nothing to do with make-up products but it is essential in helping you look good. This is because you could use all the products in the world but if your skin is not properly hydrated it would not be able to do much for your skin. So drink at least 1.5 litres of water a day. You won’t be sorry.

6. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables: This would help boost your immunity and can help fight the bacteria that causes acne.

7. Sleep: It may sound strange to you but it has been said that if you sleep for at least 7 hours a day it is very helpful to your skin. Lack of sleep usually makes the skin look haggard and you might even get bags under your eyes. SO GO AND GET SOME SLEEP.

Remember to buy products that are non-comedogenic or non-acnegenic (that is products that do not cause acne).

So there you are folks, make-up tips that would help you have a beautiful acne free skin, look good and also feel good. Hope you remember to use them.

Remain beautifully blessed,
Your girl, Bim nubi.

WARNING: DON’T BUY ANY ACNE TREATMENT UNTIL YOU READ THIS

Acne can be very annoying and it drops your confidence level to an all time low. I can remember having a special occasion where I would have a great dress, fabulous shoes and divalicious looking hair.

I would wake up that day, look in my mirror and see this huge acne either on my nose, forehead or chin. If it were a tiny one, I could have used a concealer to hide it but it was usually a large one. I don’t know if that has happened to anybody apart from me.

I needed to stop having days like those so I embarked on a search to find an acne treatment that would take of my acne and allow me to have embarrassing free days. I noticed that there were a lot of acne treatments available that are making a lot of claims and misleading a lot of people. So many of them claim to get rid of acne in as little as 3 or 7 days while some give guarantee but if you want to return them they don’t refund you.

I finally found some that actually worked the way the manufacturers said it would, were great on my skin, had wonderful guarantees and also gave away free stuff.

So I have decided to do an acne treatment review series of products that I can guarantee work. This would help people who have acne get the right products without spending a lot of time and effort and money only to be disappointed like I was. I know that if I had properly researched on most of the products I used before I would have saved myself some money and gotten an acne free skin earlier.

These products have been used by my friends, lots of people I don’t know around the world and also last but not the least me.

So let the series begin.

ACNEZINE ACNE TREATMENT REVIEW
Acnezine product is one that has really proven itself in fighting acne. It is not just like any other acne treatment because it involves an entire skin care management system that not only finds the source of your acne, it heals the present blemishes that you have and deals with future outbreaks. It consists of a herbal vitamin supplement that is to be taken daily and a cream that you apply.

The supplement contains natural ingredients such as Vitamin E, Vitamin C, Ubidecarenone Co-Enzyme Q10, Hydrolyzed Collagen, Alpha Lipoic acid, Hyaluronic acid, Bioperine extract and Aloe Vera. Vitamin E and C are antioxidants that help take care of radicals in our body allowing us to have healthier bodies.

The topical cream contains natural ingredients that are helpful. This is the reason why it is loved by a lot of people as it does not have the harshness of chemicals that is associated with some other acne treatment.

It has a high customer satisfaction of almost 94%. A great benefit of Acnezine (apart from the fact that is naturally based) is its ease of use as you take one pill a day and use only one cream.

Here are just a few testimonials from satisfied customers around the world:

I've had acne really bad since I was twelve. I didn't want to take a prescription treatment for it, because I don't believe in polluting my body even more just because it's being polluted by acne. When I heard about Acnezine, I looked it up, and I was really impressed with what they said about fighting free radicals and everything. I went ahead and tried it, and I'm so glad! I look much, much, much better, and my boyfriend thinks so, too, and I feel safe. Acnezine is the kind of product people need.
- C.I., St. Louis, MO.

I used to be so embarrassed about all my pimples that I had no social life at all. Nada! I could hardly even make myself go to work, and I didn't have any friends there. I imagined that people must be making fun of me, even if they weren't. I noticed my brother looking a lot better than I did, though he used to have lots of pimples, too. So I asked him what happened, and he said that he started taking Acnezine. I figured if it worked for him, maybe it could work for me. And it did! I can stand to see myself in the mirror now. And I asked this girl at work to go out with me, and she said yes! If I hadn't started taking Acnezine, I never would have dared. Life is good!
- L.S., Westminster , CA .

Another benefit of Acnezine is that it has the ability to limit inflammation thereby taking care of the horrible redness and ache that is usually associated with acne. This helps prevent scarring either temporary or permanent from occurring.

It has an added advantage of fighting against skin damage, wrinkles and infections due to the vitamins and antioxidant present in the supplement.

It has a money back guarantee of 90 days (that is 3 months) which is another benefit.

Acnezine promotes healing of the skin cells and restores your skin to a healthy form.

In summary, the benefits of Acnezine over other acne treatment are as follows:
• Works for adults & teenagers suffering from mild to moderate facial or body acne
• Eliminates spots, pimples, redness, pus, blackheads & whiteheads
• Fast and effective acne cure from the inside out
• Dermatologist Recommended with Guaranteed Results

As a pharmacist and a former acne sufferer I totally recommend it if you are looking for a natural, encompassing acne fighting system.

The best part of this product is that it is not too expensive and lasts for a long time. There is also a promotion going on now that I think you need to take advantage of.

P.S: The promotion is a limited offer, so if you like freebies (I don’t know anyone who doesn’t) it would be wise if you check it out. Click http://www.revitol.com/product/overview/Acnezine_Acne_Solution/?aid=490509 to find out more.

5 TIPS ON HOW TO PREVENT ACNE

I have been affected by acne since i was a teenager. I think the first one came when i was about 13 years old but i didn't give it any thought as it was not that hurtful or that much. Suddenly when i was 15 years, i was attacked(literally) by lots of acne that hurt so much. I did not know much about acne then so i started picking at my acne especially when i was reading(which was quite a lot).

What did i get from my habit? Loads and loads of spots but that did not stop me from picking at my acne. I did not even use any acne treatment then, i guess i was not too conscious of my appearance and still went about enjoying myself like a normal teenager.

Maybe i did not feel pressured because of the friends i was hanging out with. We were more concerned about making good grades so that we can enter the university to study the courses of our choice.

However nowadays kids are not like me,i have heard of lots of young people who refuse to leave their house because they have acne.I am older now and know a lot about acne and how it can be prevented(considering my profession and my personal experience). I would love to help people achieve that smooth and acne free skin that they desire.

Here are 5 ways that i have discovered that can really help you prevent acne:

1. Wash your face at least twice a day with a mild soap but not too much so as not to strip your face of all the oil leading to more acne.

2. Do NOT pick, i repeat do NOT pick your acne. It took me years before i could get rid of some of my spots. Infact i am still trying to get rid of some that are stubborn.

3. Drink lots of water (at least 7 or 8 glasses) to help hydrate your skin.

4. Try to stay as much as possible away from the sun. If you must go out in the sun, apply a lotion with at least a SPF of 20. Not only is too much sun not good for your acne, it has also caused skin cancer for some people. So take your lotion with you when you go out.

5. Find an acne treatment that works for you and stick to it. When i started using acne treatments at first, i would using one for about two or three weeks (not faithfully) and discard it saying it does not work. Now i know that you have to stick to an acne treatment for about 2-3 months before you can conclude on its effectiveness. I have been on benzoyl peroxide for about 5 months now and trust me, i am loving my face.

Well, that is 5 tips for you but i should let you know that there are many more that can help you. I will probably publish more tomorrow (hopefully i won't be too lazy to write).

Hope i see you tomorrow. Hey! i hope you loved today's article.
Remain beautifully blessed,
Your girl,
Bim nubi.

5 Acne Treatment Tips You Can Use Today by James Allen

Dealing with acne can be embarassing at any age. Luckily, there are
a number of things you can do everyday to make sure your skin is less
prone to flare ups. Here are five tips for taking control of your
acne starting today.

1. Exercise - Keeping in shape can help fight acne by fighting off
negative stress levels that can come from negative self-esteem and
depression. However, some safeguards need to be in place to ward off
acne that can result from your workout routines. Watch what you put
on your body with regards to clothing, sports gear and equipment.

For example, tight lycra and nylon exercise outfits might look
great in the movies and on magazine models, but if you are
susceptible to acne problems, avoid these synthetic fabrics that tend
to trap in body moisture and heat resulting in a bacteria frenzy.
Instead, choose loose clothing made of cotton or natural blends to
allow more air to get to your skin.

And when you are finished with your workout, get out of clothing wet
from perspiration or water sports. Shower and change into dry, clean
clothing. And keep your sports gear and equipment clean, too. Dirty
headgear, for instance, can irritate forehead areas prone to acne
problems. So toss headbands into the washing machine after workout
sessions.

2. Cosmetics - To avoid pore-clogging and skin irritations that are
similar to acne and that can contribute to acne, use products labeled
noncomedogenic or oil-free. Shimmering facial colors can contain a
flaky mineral called mica that can cause skin irritations and clog
pores. Other additives in coloring that can cause similar reactions
are coal tar derivatives, carmine and heavy cream in blushes.

More preventative measures include using a lip gloss that promotes a
matte finish instead of a high gloss for less pore-clogging; note the
more the shine, the more then comedogenic content and the more the
pores can clog. Beware that eye creams can contain heavier
concentrations of moisturizers than regular creams and lotions,
meaning they have greater potential to clog pores in the surrounding
facial areas.

3. Diet - Studies show that diet does not play a role in either the
cause or the treatment of acne. However, what is recommended for acne
preventative care is this: what is best for your body is best for
your skin, especially since your skin is the largest organ of your
body. So remember to watch your diet and consume healthy vitamins,
minerals and other supplements. This will help to prevent and help
conquer acne breakout.

4. Hygiene - A healthy skin regimen should include no harsh
scrubbing or over-washing, because this can cause possible skin
irritation or possible over production of oil to replace what has
washed off, clogging pores in the process. Products with gentle
exfoliation ingredients are OK to use; i.e. not scratchy nut or fruit
shell pieces that can tear skin. And skip alcohol products when
possible; these can take off the top layer of your skin and cause
your glands to product more oil, clogging pores in the process.

If you do spot acne-troubled areas, do NOT mess with them. Remember
that these are already weeks in the making, and squeezing or picking
blemishes can force the infected area to regress back inside, further
troubling the region and possibly leave a scar. If necessary, seek
help from a dermatologist for alternative treatments.

5. Shaving - Shaving for both genders is actually an excellent way
of exfoliating or removing dead skin to help with the prevention and
spreading of acne instead of leaving the remains to clog pores. And
for some light acne cases already in process, shaving can help rid
whiteheads and blackheads from the face. A word of caution: for areas
with infection or high inflammatory activity (redness, sensitive,
open acne, sores, etc.), do not shave. Or at the very least, use a
shaving cream for sensitive skin!
