They then to pop up when you have something important or when they decide that it is time for them to show their presence and reminder you that you always suffer from acne (at least that is what I feel, you might feel differently).

Acne is as a result of excessive oil mixing with dead skin cells and clogging the pores of your skin. This allows bacteria to be trapped with the dead skin cells and inflame the surface of your skin causing acne. Having acne (especially those large sized and painful ones) is not a spectacular feeling that most acne sufferers want to bear.

This causes a lot of acne sufferers to wish there was a magic wonderful potion that one can either drink or apply on one’s face and in a jiffy all your acne is gone in poof (I know I do). However if wishes were horses, beggars would fly.

In other words I don’t think there is any magic potion that can cure your acne but there are certain ways to prevent acne and make your skin acne free. This ways can help prevent your acne making you feel more confident than you would have been if you were terribly affected by acne. These ways are simple and do not cost you anything except a little of discipline.

The following steps help in achieving a blemish free skin, they are :
1. Let your skin breath a little: There is a tendency for most acne sufferers to wash their face a lot of times during the day but it is advisable that you wash your face with lukewarm water like 3-4 times a day and with mild soap like baby soap. Do not scrub your face with harsh scrubs as they cause a lot of harm rather than good to your face. Always use a soft towel to pat your face dry.

2. Don’t pick your acne: I am sure you have heard about that from a lot of people but the temptation sometimes is just too great. However you should know that picking or squeezing your acne allows more to come as you force bacteria deeper into your skin leading to inflammation and this could lead to a permanent scar being left behind. So next time you feel like picking your acne remember that you might be inviting more to come.

3. Avoid using comedogenic make-up: This applies to ladies only. When shopping for make-up always go for those that are non-comedogenic (i.e do not cause acne) and when buying moisturizers, get those that are oil free and of course non-comedogenic. Also when exercising, try to restrict your usage of make-up to the barest minimum.

4. Don’t overexpose your skin to the sun : Small amounts of sun may improve your acne but it may not be permanent. It is not advisable to constantly expose your skin to the sun as this may lead to the drying of your skin allowing the sebaceous glands in your skin to produce more oil and thereby lead to the production of more acne. Always use sunscreen or products with SPF factor of at least 15 or more and are effective against UVA and UVB rays and try to restrict your exposure to the sun.

A very essential step in preventing is finding a treatment plan that suits you and sticking to it even when your face has been acne free for a year. I hope you try to be a little self disciplined and try to follow the tips I have given to you. Trust me your skin would thank you for it and your self confidence would shoot up to the sky.

Hope you enjoyed the article.
See you soon.

P.S: If you need a copy of free e-book on 10 ways to get rid of your acne simply send a mail to pharmosinubi2@yahoo.com.

7 WAYS TO CONTROL YOUR ACNE NATURALLY

I have been absent for a while but i am back (hopefully for good). So here is a really cool article on how to prevent your acne naturally, hope you enjoy it.

Acne, a common skin disease affects a lot of people and is mostly seen on those that are in their adolescent stage but it can also be seen in some adults. Acne is caused by changes in the pilosebacous units (skin structures consisting of a hair follicle and its associated sebaceous gland.

Trapped oil called sebum inside your pores can cause acne to appear. Once sebum accumulates, bacteria will start to grow causing the familiar swelling which is what we all know to be whitehead, blackhead or pimple.

You can achieve an acne free skin naturally using different methods, however you should know that what might work for someone might not work for you (though there are some of the ways that work for everyone). So you have to find one that works for you and use regularly. Here are 7 ways that you can use. They are so effective if followed properly and continuously. They include :

1. Eat Right: It may have never been scientifically proven that eating fatty foods contribute to the development of acne, some people however say that fatty foods do cause them to flare up (I happen to be one of them). Eating healthy is well known to cleanse and detoxify our body leaving us with a healthy glowing skin, so why don’t you?

2. Drink lots of Water: Water cleanses our body by flushing out toxins and excess oil. It hydrates the skin thereby allowing us to have beautiful skin.

3. Pineapple juice: This has the same use as water, it also helps flush out harmful toxins and sebum from the body. A daily dose of pineapple juice will have a significant effect in your health as a whole. It contains Vitamin C which is known to improve our immune system. It has however come to my notice that some people have some bad reaction to pineapple, for such people it is advisable that they take other fruits that have lots of Vitamin C and also water in them.

4. Use Lemon Juice as an astringent: You can cleanse your face with lemon juice regularly; it will help remove excess oil that may potentially be trapped inside your pores. This can serve as your exfoliating cleanser.

5. Drink Tea: Tea is well known for its anti-oxidant properties, most especially the chamomile and red tea. Now I know why the Chinese have beautiful skin.

6. Eat Fruits and Vegetables: Fruits and vegetables are known to have fiber and anti-oxidant contents. So add them to your diet as they will not only help in cleansing your body, it will also provide that radiant glow to your skin (just what we all want).

7. Sleep: It is good for you. It has been said that 7 hours of sleep would do wonders for your skin and physical well being. Having a healthy, well-rested body helps to build a strong immune system which not only helps you prevent acne but fights infection. So sleep well.

Most acne sufferers know that having an acne attack can do a lot of damage to a person's confidence, especially in the adolescence stage where in a person is just starting to build his/her own personality. It also not very funny for an adult that has been besieged by acne.

It is never easy to deal with people that would tease you because of your condition, it might be just a joke for them but it does have an effect on a person's level of confidence.

4 Most Dangerous Acne Mistakes You Should Never Make! A Must Know Before It's Too Late

Saw this article that i thought you might like. Hope you find this very helpful.

4 Most Dangerous Acne Mistakes You Should Never Make! A Must Know Before It's Too Late by Rahul Talwar

Scars and acne spotted on your face can be very disturbing. Most youngsters often follow the wrong technique and worsen the problem of acne. Improper food habits along with pollution, hormones and cosmetics are some major factors that cause acne. Understanding the root cause of acne will help you treat it well. Acne is often found on oily skin and one must use a face wash that can curb the problem by keeping the skin clean and hydrated.

To fulfill your desire of a flawless skin, here are the 4 most dangerous acne mistakes you should not make....

Touching and pricking acne with nails is the common mistake most of us commit. Frequent touching can leave scars on your skin. Also, if there is any dirt in your nail it can trigger the acne. Avoid playing around with them.

When the puss oozes out, do not let it stay on your face. If the oozing spreads on other parts of the face it will cause more acne. Use clean cotton to wipe the oozing pus and wash your hands before touching your face again.

Girls these days find it difficult to stay without make up. The layers of cosmetic on the face clog the pores and thus aggravate acne. Avoid wearing make up till the acne is completely treated and healed. Using wrong products can also damage your skin.

People who drink alcohol a lot and follow an unhealthy diet are prone to acne. Most people continue to eat oily and fried food despite suffering from acne. Following a healthy and balanced diet not only keeps you healthy but also gives you a flawless skin.

Acne when not treated well can severely damage your skin. Always consult a dermatologist before using skin products especially if you are prone to acne. Drink plenty of water as it clears the impurities and gives you a radiant skin.

What you don't know yet- I know that what I am about to reveal to you can be almost impossible to believe. But it is 100% truth! Do you know what you can cure any sort of acne within 3 days? Seems impossible right? However some people cannot do without make-up even for a day because of various reasons like maybe they have spots or blemishes that they want to cover up or some other reasons that I might not know about.

The point is that we ladies like to apply make up sometimes but the fact that we (I am also prone to acne) have acne would make the selection of make-up products that we use to be done with caution. The make-up products that are non-comedogenic or non-acnegenic are the ones that are very good for those who are acne prone.

When you are going to get a new make-up product, it would be very important for you to remember these following tips. These tips would help you in your quest to have an acne free skin and also help you look good.

The tips are:
1. Buy a water based foundation: If you use foundation, you should buy one that is water based. It is known that most acne prone people have oily skin on their face, so buying a foundation that is oil based would further clog your pores. A water-based foundation would allow your skin to breathe while giving you coverage.

2. Buy an oil control powder: Like I said, most people that are prone to acne usually have oily skin so using oil control powder would help reducing the production of oil. This oil reduction would help control acne as the follicle would have less oil to cause it to become plugged.

3. Buy make-up products that have sun protection factor (SPF): The best make-up product for anyone (those who are not acne prone and those who are) is one that has a SPF of above 15. This would protect your skin from the harshness of the sun’s UV rays causing you to have great skin. Products that have Sun protection factor have the dual advantage of protecting your skin and making you look good.

4. Use water based moisturizers: Moisturizers are essential in hydrating your skin, it help makes your skin feel soft and supple. However you have to use moisturizers that do not contain oil so as not to aggravate your acne, so it is best that you stick to moisturizers that are water based and are non-comedogenic.

5. Drink lots of water: This tip has nothing to do with make-up products but it is essential in helping you look good. This is because you could use all the products in the world but if your skin is not properly hydrated it would not be able to do much for your skin. So drink at least 1.5 litres of water a day. You won’t be sorry.

6. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables: This would help boost your immunity and can help fight the bacteria that causes acne.

7. Sleep: It may sound strange to you but it has been said that if you sleep for at least 7 hours a day it is very helpful to your skin. Lack of sleep usually makes the skin look haggard and you might even get bags under your eyes. SO GO AND GET SOME SLEEP.

Remember to buy products that are non-comedogenic or non-acnegenic (that is products that do not cause acne).

So there you are folks, make-up tips that would help you have a beautiful acne free skin, look good and also feel good. Hope you remember to use them.

Remain beautifully blessed,
Your girl, Bim nubi.

P.S: If you are looking for an acne treatment that is effective, natural, has great benefits, free giveaways and is not expensive, check my previous post on acne treatments. You would simply love it. I can remember having a special occasion where I would have a great dress, fabulous shoes and divalicious looking hair.

I would wake up that day, look in my mirror and see this huge acne either on my nose, forehead or chin. If it were a tiny one, I could have used a concealer to hide it but it was usually a large one. I don’t know if that has happened to anybody apart from me.

I needed to stop having days like those so I embarked on a search to find an acne treatment that would take of my acne and allow me to have embarrassing free days. I noticed that there were a lot of acne treatments available that are making a lot of claims and misleading a lot of people. So many of them claim to get rid of acne in as little as 3 or 7 days while some give guarantee but if you want to return them they don’t refund you.

I finally found some that actually worked the way the manufacturers said it would, were great on my skin, had wonderful guarantees and also gave away free stuff.

So I have decided to do an acne treatment review series of products that I can guarantee work. This would help people who have acne get the right products without spending a lot of time and effort and money only to be disappointed like I was. I know that if I had properly researched on most of the products I used before I would have saved myself some money and gotten an acne free skin earlier.

These products have been used by my friends, lots of people I don’t know around the world and also last but not the least me.

So let the series begin.

ACNEZINE ACNE TREATMENT REVIEW
Acnezine product is one that has really proven itself in fighting acne. It is not just like any other acne treatment because it involves an entire skin care management system that not only finds the source of your acne, it heals the present blemishes that you have and deals with future outbreaks. It consists of a herbal vitamin supplement that is to be taken daily and a cream that you apply.

The supplement contains natural ingredients such as Vitamin E, Vitamin C, Ubidecarenone Co-Enzyme Q10, Hydrolyzed Collagen, Alpha Lipoic acid, Hyaluronic acid, Bioperine extract and Aloe Vera. Vitamin E and C are antioxidants that help take care of radicals in our body allowing us to have healthier bodies.

The topical cream contains natural ingredients that are helpful. This is the reason why it is loved by a lot of people as it does not have the harshness of chemicals that is associated with some other acne treatment.

It has a high customer satisfaction of almost 94%. A great benefit of Acnezine (apart from the fact that is naturally based) is its ease of use as you take one pill a day and use only one cream.

Click here http://www.revitol.com/product/overview/Acnezine_Acne_Solution/?aid=490509 for more information.
Here are just a few testimonials from satisfied customers around the world:

I've had acne really bad since I was twelve. I didn't want to take a prescription treatment for it, because I don't believe in polluting my body even more just because it's being polluted by acne. When I heard about Acnezine, I looked it up, and I was really impressed with what they said about fighting free radicals and everything. I went ahead and tried it, and I'm so glad! I look much, much, much better, and my boyfriend thinks so, too, and I feel safe. Acnezine is the kind of product people need.
- C.I., St. Louis, MO.

I used to be so embarrassed about all my pimples that I had no social life at all. Nada! I could hardly even make myself go to work, and I didn't have any friends there. I imagined that people must be making fun of me, even if they weren't. I noticed my brother looking a lot better than I did, though he used to have lots of pimples, too. So I asked him what happened, and he said that he started taking Acnezine. I figured if it worked for him, maybe it could work for me. And it did! I can stand to see myself in the mirror now. And I asked this girl at work to go out with me, and she said yes! If I hadn't started taking Acnezine, I never would have dared. Life is good!
- L.S., Westminster , CA .

Another benefit of Acnezine is that it has the ability to limit inflammation thereby taking care of the horrible redness and ache that is usually associated with acne. This helps prevent scarring either temporary or permanent from occurring.

Click here http://www.revitol.com/product/overview/Acnezine_Acne_Solution/?aid=490509 for more information.

It has an added advantage of fighting against skin damage, wrinkles and infections due to the vitamins and antioxidant present in the supplement.

It has a money back guarantee of 90 days (that is 3 months) which is another benefit.

Acnezine promotes healing of the skin cells and restores your skin to a healthy form.

In summary, the benefits of Acnezine over other acne treatment are as follows:
• Works for adults & teenagers suffering from mild to moderate facial or body acne
• Eliminates spots, pimples, redness, pus, blackheads & whiteheads
• Fast and effective acne cure from the inside out
• Dermatologist Recommended with Guaranteed Results

As a pharmacist and a former acne sufferer I totally recommend it if you are looking for a natural, encompassing acne fighting system.

The best part of this product is that it is not too expensive and lasts for a long time. There is also a promotion going on now that I think you need to take advantage of.

P.S: The promotion is a limited offer, so if you like freebies (I don’t know anyone who doesn’t) it would be wise if you check it out. I think the first one came when i was about 13 years old but i didn't give it any thought as it was not that hurtful or that much. Suddenly when i was 15 years, i was attacked(literally) by lots of acne that hurt so much. I did not know much about acne then so i started picking at my acne especially when i was reading(which was quite a lot).

What did i get from my habit? Loads and loads of spots but that did not stop me from picking at my acne. I did not even use any acne treatment then, i guess i was not too conscious of my appearance and still went about enjoying myself like a normal teenager.

Maybe i did not feel pressured because of the friends i was hanging out with. We were more concerned about making good grades so that we can enter the university to study the courses of our choice.

However nowadays kids are not like me,i have heard of lots of young people who refuse to leave their house because they have acne.I am older now and know a lot about acne and how it can be prevented(considering my profession and my personal experience). I would love to help people achieve that smooth and acne free skin that they desire.

Here are 5 ways that i have discovered that can really help you prevent acne:

1. Wash your face at least twice a day with a mild soap but not too much so as not to strip your face of all the oil leading to more acne.

2. Do NOT pick, i repeat do NOT pick your acne. It took me years before i could get rid of some of my spots. Infact i am still trying to get rid of some that are stubborn.

3. Drink lots of water (at least 7 or 8 glasses) to help hydrate your skin.

4. Try to stay as much as possible away from the sun. If you must go out in the sun, apply a lotion with at least a SPF of 20. Not only is too much sun not good for your acne, it has also caused skin cancer for some people. So take your lotion with you when you go out.

5. Find an acne treatment that works for you and stick to it. When i started using acne treatments at first, i would using one for about two or three weeks (not faithfully) and discard it saying it does not work. Now i know that you have to stick to an acne treatment for about 2-3 months before you can conclude on its effectiveness. I have been on benzoyl peroxide for about 5 months now and trust me, i am loving my face.

Well, that is 5 tips for you but i should let you know that there are many more that can help you. I will probably publish more tomorrow (hopefully i won't be too lazy to write).

Hope i see you tomorrow. Hey! i hope you loved today's article.
Remain beautifully blessed,
Your girl,
Bim nubi.

P.S: If you are new to acne treatments or want to change your acne treatment, you can try these products. Luckily, there are
a number of things you can do everyday to make sure your skin is less
prone to flare ups. Here are five tips for taking control of your
acne starting today.

1. Exercise - Keeping in shape can help fight acne by fighting off
negative stress levels that can come from negative self-esteem and
depression. However, some safeguards need to be in place to ward off
acne that can result from your workout routines. Watch what you put
on your body with regards to clothing, sports gear and equipment.

For example, tight lycra and nylon exercise outfits might look
great in the movies and on magazine models, but if you are
susceptible to acne problems, avoid these synthetic fabrics that tend
to trap in body moisture and heat resulting in a bacteria frenzy.
Instead, choose loose clothing made of cotton or natural blends to
allow more air to get to your skin.

And when you are finished with your workout, get out of clothing wet
from perspiration or water sports. Shower and change into dry, clean
clothing. And keep your sports gear and equipment clean, too. Dirty
headgear, for instance, can irritate forehead areas prone to acne
problems. So toss headbands into the washing machine after workout
sessions.

2. Cosmetics - To avoid pore-clogging and skin irritations that are
similar to acne and that can contribute to acne, use products labeled
noncomedogenic or oil-free. Shimmering facial colors can contain a
flaky mineral called mica that can cause skin irritations and clog
pores. Other additives in coloring that can cause similar reactions
are coal tar derivatives, carmine and heavy cream in blushes.

More preventative measures include using a lip gloss that promotes a
matte finish instead of a high gloss for less pore-clogging; note the
more the shine, the more then comedogenic content and the more the
pores can clog. Beware that eye creams can contain heavier
concentrations of moisturizers than regular creams and lotions,
meaning they have greater potential to clog pores in the surrounding
facial areas.

3. Diet - Studies show that diet does not play a role in either the
cause or the treatment of acne. However, what is recommended for acne
preventative care is this: what is best for your body is best for
your skin, especially since your skin is the largest organ of your
body. So remember to watch your diet and consume healthy vitamins,
minerals and other supplements. This will help to prevent and help
conquer acne breakout.

4. Hygiene - A healthy skin regimen should include no harsh
scrubbing or over-washing, because this can cause possible skin
irritation or possible over production of oil to replace what has
washed off, clogging pores in the process. Products with gentle
exfoliation ingredients are OK to use; i.e. not scratchy nut or fruit
shell pieces that can tear skin. And skip alcohol products when
possible; these can take off the top layer of your skin and cause
your glands to product more oil, clogging pores in the process.

If you do spot acne-troubled areas, do NOT mess with them. Remember
that these are already weeks in the making, and squeezing or picking
blemishes can force the infected area to regress back inside, further
troubling the region and possibly leave a scar. If necessary, seek
help from a dermatologist for alternative treatments.

5. Shaving - Shaving for both genders is actually an excellent way
of exfoliating or removing dead skin to help with the prevention and
spreading of acne instead of leaving the remains to clog pores. And
for some light acne cases already in process, shaving can help rid
whiteheads and blackheads from the face. A word of caution: for areas
with infection or high inflammatory activity (redness, sensitive,
open acne, sores, etc.), do not shave. Or at the very least, use a
shaving cream for sensitive skin!

James B. Allen is the publisher of Power Living Press. I was reading, trying to prepare for an interview where i would be asked professional questions. I was trying to brush up on my knowledge.

Anyway i have been finally inducted as a pharmacist. After so many years the day finally arrived and it felt so unreal (it still does). The plans that i made went out of control, it didn't go according to my plans. So many things that i won't have imagined happened. It started with my suit, it was not the one i would have loved to wear but i had to make do with it because i didn't see anyone that was my size (i am incredibly tiny). Then the car/van that my uncle was to use to bring my grandmother overheated and she couldn't get to the venue on time.

As if that was not enough as we were going home at around 8 p.m, we had 2 burst tyres when we were on the expressway.

That day is one that i won't forget for anything. Anyway i am grateful to God for my life and that of my mum and the driver.

I have to go now because i have another interview. I have to find a job as fast as i can. I will try to write this week. Hope i really do.

See you soon.
Remain beautifully blessed.
Your girl, Bim nubi.

4 GREAT HOMEMADE REMEDIES THAT HELP GET RID OF ACNE

So you have acne and want to get rid of it? Let me ask you a question: do you what acne is? I know most people would say acne is that annoying and embarrassing skin condition that seems to appear at the oddest of times.

Well, you would be right in saying so but medically ‘acne is a skin condition (or disease if you want to call it that but technically it is not a disease) that results from the combined action of hormones and other substances present in the skin’s oil glands and hair follicles’. This leads to clogged pores which results in swellings thereby causing a person to breakout in acne lesions. Acne can sometimes be caused by bacteria. You may know acne as zit or pimples. It can be found on the face, neck chest, shoulders and back (known as bacne).

There are various masks that can be made from natural ingredients and that can be found in one’s kitchen (or can be bought in the grocery stores). These masks help improve your skin and thereby help prevent acne. Here are 4 of them that work wonders against acne and is trusted by a lot of acne sufferers (myself inclusive).

1. Honey mask: This is so easy to do. Just spread some honey on your face and leave it on for 30 minutes. Then wash off with lukewarm water. Don’t you love honey, it is good for your system and good for your skin.

2. Lemon juice: Lemon is a member of the citrus family and it contains a natural astringent that makes our skin look healthy and glowing by working with our skins natural oils. You can apply lemon juice on your face alone or mix it with green clay to form a paste and apply on your face. Rinse with lukewarm water after 20 minutes. You can also freshly squeezed orange juice if you can’t lay your hand on lemon juice.

3. Egg White Mask: This is great in preventing acne scars. To prepare this, simply crack an egg slightly at the top/end and keep the white in a cup. Beat the white with a fork until it is frothy, then apply it on your face with a small wad/ball of cotton wool or tissue (though cotton wool is far better) and allow to dry for about 15 minutes. Then wash off with water. You can add a little amount of lemon juice to the mask if you like.

4. Green Clay: I know what you might be thinking. GREEN CLAY? What is Green clay? It is a naturally mined clay that is actually more of gray in color with a hint of green. It contains natural ingredients that draw impurities from the skin and clears up acne. Intrigued? I am sure that the question you would be asking now is: where can I get it? Well, it can be found in health food stores or beauty supply stores. You can apply it on your skin as a paste made with it and a little amount of water or with lemon juice. Then wash off with water.

Well hope you are intrigued and start using any one of these homemade masks and join millions of people who have gotten rid of their acne. Something that you should note is that for these masks to work, you have to use natural ingredients (especially with the honey and lemon/orange juice. Use lemon / orange juices that you squeeze yourself). Natural ingredients make sure your skin heals well and gives it a fresh glow.

Well, that is 4 masks that you can try though there are many more that you can use. You can use these masks with some other acne treatments. Acne treatments that I use and recommend to people (who later thank me) include:

1.Revitol® Acne moisturizing Crème and Revitol® Acnezine Skin Antioxidant Capsules: Treats acne from outside and inside. Check out http://www.revitol.com/product/overview/Acnezine_Acne_Solution/?aid=490509

2. Murad Acne complex®: A complete system that does not contain benzoyl peroxide (for people who cannot stand benzoyl peroxide). Check out Acne Complex

3. For people who have got massive reminders that they once had acne like me (I am talking about spots), check out Revitol® Spot gel http://www.revitol.com/acne-spot-gel/?aid=490509 . It helps you get rid of spots and blemishes.

You can try any one (though I am partial to Revitol® Acnezine because of their free one month supply).

Remain beautifully blessed.
Your girl, Bim nubi.

Quote of the week: “Be honest. Be sincere. Be genuine. With yourself and with everybody else, as often and as much as you can. Nothing else you’ll resolve to do could make a bigger difference.” - John Forde

P.S: Did you like the dress that Michelle Obama wore on the Inauguration day? Personally I didn’t like the colour of the dress but the fitting on her was great. I Loved Jill Biden’s boots. And Obama kid’s gears were hot. Leave your comments on what you think about all what they wore including Obama. Love to hear from you.

HOW I AM COPING WITH MY ACNE

Hey you guys, i am in a kinda happy and sad mood. I am happy because i am finally going to be inducted as a pharmacist and sad because i have reminders of my nasty habit of picking my acne on my face (i.e spots/scars). I know now that my acne will clear after some days and when i use my acne treatment regularly but my major problem is the spots.

I really would love my face to be clear and smooth. Maybe i will use a whole lot of concealer on that day (thank God i am a girl and like make-up). Oh by the way, the date is 27th of january, 7 days after Obama would have been inaugurated (by God's Grace.

I really have to be consistent in using my spot removal gel even though i don't see how my spots would magically go away in about 10 days but a girl can dream. Well Chris Gibson seems to think by following an easy plan you can be acne free in 3 days. I don’t know if it truly works in helping with your acne but I do know that the plan contains steps that generally improve your health and help your skin.

Well I have decided to publish the article I saw on being acne free in 3 days (I am doing this not because I think that you can be acne free in 3 days but because I feel you would benefit on the long run when you follow the steps that has being stated). Hope you enjoy the article. See you at the other end.

ACNE FREE IN 3 DAYS

Does it seem like you’ve applied everything on your face to get rid of your acne? Apply Chris Gibson’s ‘Acne Free in 3 Days’ to your life now! Acne happens to everyone: adolescents, teenagers and adults. We get it, but we don’t really know how they get on our face. Acne can differ from mild to very severe. It is formed when skin ducts and oil glands work overtime.

The lining of the duct sheds cells and is moved to the outer layer of the skin. Once the skin duct gets clogged, oil is trapped underneath. The plug of a pore is called a comedo. A closed comedo (whitehead) is when a plug sits below the skin while an open comedo (blackhead) is pushed out to the surface of the skin. A blackhead has its name not because it contains dirt, but because of its darkness and difficulty in washing it away. Scientists believe that acne is hereditary, meaning if someone in your family had/has acne, the chances of getting acne for you are higher than one who does not have an acne history in their family.

Drinking a lot of water is a very important factor when it comes to getting rid of acne. Water has a pH of 7.3 and is a very natural acne treatment.

Drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day helps eliminate all the oil and waste toxins that may damage your skin. Water also moistens your skin and keeps your pores from clogging. With all that, it also helps you to lower your stress level and relax your body.

Here’s an easy plan you can follow daily with ‘Acne Free in 3 Days’:

1) Wash your face every morning and evening using a skin cleanser. This cleans off dead skin cells and excess oil that your body builds up. Make sure to use an antibacterial cleanser because it will kill all bacteria. Apply some hydrogen peroxide to inflamed areas.

2) Sleep on a clean pillow case to ensure none of the dead skin cells block your pores.

3) Eat lots of fruits, vegetables and drink lots of water. Water expels toxins in your body.

4) Exercise in fresh air everyday to let your body feed on sunlight to attain Vitamin D.

If you follow this simple routine along with all the great tips from ‘Acne Free in 3 days’, your acne will visibly clear up in three days!

Article Author: Bradley
Article Source: http://www.depositarticles.com

Hope you loved the article. I want to promise (with my fingers crossed) that I would try to follow all the steps this year.

Some other acne treatment that have stood the test of times in preventing and treating acne that I think you deserve to know include the following:

1.Revitol® Acne moisturizing Crème and Revitol® Acnezine Skin Antioxidant Capsules: Treats acne from outside and inside. It is a book that has inspirational quotes that would lift anyone up everyday so I have decided to publish one every week. This is the first one that would last throughout next week. Hope you think about it and try to be a better person.

Here goes: “Every day, we are given dozens of choices - from which foods to eat to which parts of the newspaper to read to which words to say in any given conversation. How was your day? Hope you had a swell time and did not do anything stupid (pardon my language) or harmful.

I have noticed that in this life one has to be patient in other to live a better life. Patience is said to be a virtue and I have noticed when I patiently wait for something allowing it to arrive at its own time (it might be a little late by my own expectation but perfect in timing) I then to value it more. What I am trying to say that for everything good that we want we might have to wait a while for it. It might seem late but if we focus on it, persevere a little bit (and pray a whole lot) we just might achieve it.

You might wonder why I am saying all this, well … I saw this article that I think you all deserve to read. It should help you in your fight against acne. Hope you enjoy it (I know I did). See you at the other end.

Acne Medication - Great Results are Worth The Wait
By Tim Grimsley

Acne medications are sometimes advertised as overnight cures. The first thing that Acne sufferers need to know is that acne medications take time to clear your skin.
I have a teenage daughter and she has had occasional bouts with acne. Although her acne is mild, she always watches for the newest acne medications to hit the market. She hoping one day for that miracle solution that clear acne instantly. She is still waiting and will be for awhile I'm afraid.
There may not be a miracle cure, but the products that are available today are a lot better than what I had to choose from. Many over the counter products rival prescription acne medications. Many acne medications are available online, some are excellent choices for general acne treatment. The prescription acne medications do have the advantage if you need an acne medication that is targeted to one particular problem. A dermatologist may also prescribe more than one medication, This will address multiple issues if needed.
When you start an acne treatment you should allow 6 to 8 weeks to see the complete results. After the acne has cleared up you also need to continue treatment on a maintenance basis. If you do not see results in 6 to 8 weeks you should consult a dermatologist.
Find out more about Acne Medications Here
Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=Tim_Grimsley

Well folks hope you got something from this article. So when you want to quit anything (in this case your acne treatment) remember his advice.

For some great acne treatments that work extremely well for most people including my humble self, I suggest that you try to check out the following products (at a time when you get tired of seeing that acne):

1. 1. Well considering the financial situation all around the world we have got to learn to cut some expenses and also it pays some times to go for natural and readily available ingredients that also work wonders. We have to use ingredients or natural facial cleansers that work too even if we are trying to go natural (because there is no point in using these mixtures and they don’t work).

Well as much as I would like to take credit for this article, I have to give honor to whom honor is due…I am talking about Paul of http://acne-causes-symptoms-cures.com who had this article on his site.

Hope you enjoy this article and get into your kitchen to try one of the recipes. See you at the end of the article. Read on…

Make Your Own Acne Treatments
Thursday, August 28, 2008, 2:20:13 PM | Pable

Choosing effective acne treatments from amongst the plethora of products available today can be a daunting task, and while many skincare specialists advocate the use of gentle products; it can be difficult to find a natural facial cleanser that will effectively cleanse your skin, while attacking the causes of your acne. This is why many people are choosing to make their own natural face cleaner from products in their own kitchen. And these can make effective acne treatments.

It can be difficult to make sense of the complicated sounding ingredients listed on the side of manufactured products, but many of the active properties of these cleansers are introduced by the addition of some of nature’s simplest ingredients. You can recreate your very own effective acne treatments by putting these together in your own natural facial cleaner, making a product that can effectively treat your acne in a natural and gentle way.

A wide variety of natural products can act as effective natural facial cleaners that can be applied to the skin and rinsed away with warm water. The natural astringency of lime juice makes it an excellent base in effective acne treatments – mixed with boiled milk, it makes an effective and soothing facial wash. Mix lime juice with equal amounts of groundnut oil to use as a pre-wash: apply to the skin and leave for ten to fifteen minutes before washing. Mix with rose water and leave on the skin for about twenty minutes, and see how refreshed your skin looks and feels when you rinse with warm water.

Rose water can also be mixed with sandalwood to create an effective acne treatment – simply apply to the face and rinse with water after twenty minutes. Ground orange peel and water can be made into a paste and used in the same way.
Natural facial cleaners can even be produced by mixing such strange ingredients as turmeric powder and mint juice; just rinse with water after twenty minutes to see the difference.

As with all new facial products that you use, it is always wise to test a patch of your skin for any potential adverse reactions before applying to your whole face. Rub a small amount of your selected mixture just behind your ear, rinse, and wait twenty-four hours. If you experience any redness or itchy patches, then one of the ingredients might not be right for you.

Don’t be disheartened – just try the next mixture. It could be one of the effective acne treatments you’ve been looking for. You can often be surprised, but you can sometimes make your own effective acne treatment.

Hope you got enlightened with the article and are interested in trying out a mixture (I know I have started one that does not seem to have any harmful effect on my skin, just waiting for it to make my face acne free with my other acne treatments).
Some other acne treatment that are chemically based and have stood the test of times in preventing and treating acne include the following:
1. So I decided that any article that I think you all deserve to know about, I will publish on this blog.

I was carrying out my research (like a scientist, which in a way I am) and came across this article on someone’s site (www.secretacnetips.com). I hope you enjoy it and actually follow the advice that was said at the end. I will see you at the end of the article.
Here it is:

Drug reaction in acne
Contrary to popular belief, although allergic reactions to the environment and to the foods you eat are a frequent problem for many people, such reactions to other manufactured products you consume are rare.

Adverse drug reactions are more frequent; a breakout due to such a reaction is called an exanthem. For example, tetracycline and some other antibiotics will occasionally cause a reddening of the skin that may look like the start of acne. It isn’t, and it will go away either spontaneously while you are still on the medication, or definitely within a day or two after you stop.

Similarly, almost no cosmetics cause an allergic reaction. Both the individual ingredients and the formulated products are exhaustively tested, first on animals and then on humans. Once a new ingredient has been carefully tested, both on animals and on humans, its manufacturer usually defrays the cost of doing so by selling it to many different companies. They in turn, pleased with a new and presumably improved product, incorporate it into many different brands, which are then sold over the years to millions and millions of people.

Any product or ingredient that caused any noticeable level of allergic reaction would be promptly withdrawn from the market. Not only would its manufacturers be far too frightened of being sued to continue to sell it, but to do so would be unnecessary. Why sell an allergenic product when there are so many nonallergenic ones available?

No, there is very little chance that you will suffer from an allergic reaction to a medication, and virtually none that you will have such a reaction to a cosmetic. But even if you did, that reaction would not cause acne.

Having said that, as we have stressed elsewhere, cosmetic products that are greasy and clog the skin do help to form the comedones that cause acne. Always use oil-free moisturizers.

Hope you enjoyed the article and learnt a few things, like I always say the best way to treat acne is to prevent acne by using products that suit your skin and help prevent acne effectively. The problem with most people (myself inclusive) is that once we are acnefree for a couple of weeks we stop using our acne treatment and act carelessly either by applying what we shouldn’t or eating what we shouldn’t (it is hard to resist a temptation at times after depriving yourself for so long).

Products that I know are wonderful in preventing acne in most people (for me also) are as follows:
1. Revitol® Acne moisturizing Crème and Revitol® Acnezine Skin Antioxidant Capsules: Treats acne from outside and inside.
It helps get rid of spots and blemishes.
I advice you try out one of these products and be consistent with any one that does not irritate your skin.

Well I hoped you enjoyed my posting today; hope to see you next week (I hope to be more regular than that but for now we can only met weekly).
Remain beautifully blessed,
Your girl, Bim nubi

GET TO KNOW THE 10 TOP TIPS CONCERNING THE CARE OF YOUR SKIN

Hi everyone. I am so sorry that I have not been able to post anything for the past few days, I have been working. I have started my internship (training) and it has been pretty hectic for me. I always feel tired when I come back. I work on Saturdays and have only Sundays off (Thank God). It is not easy waking up at 5am and taking a 2 hour journey to my work place. I hope I get used to it.

Oh well, I decided that I would post another article by Paul Schaverien (Paul you owe me because I really don’t know why I seem to be posting more and more of your articles). Okay let me be frank; Paul’s articles are pretty good. I wish I could write like that (informative, easy to understand and enternaining).

Well the article I chose for today talks about 10 tips on skincare. Hope you practice what you read here. Well I leave to enjoy his article, see you at the other side.

Skincare - 10 Top Tips by Paul Schaverien
Healthy skin really enhances beauty. This article on healthy skin care tips is an effort to bring the 10 best skin care tips to you. Although the list of healthy skin care tips could be endless this list has been restricted to ten tips because any more would be difficult to easily remember and also detract from these important skin care tips.
The top ten skin care tips are:
• Understanding your skin type is one of the most important skin care tip. This is important because most commercial skin care product suits are directed at a particular skin type, as displayed on the product container.
• ‘Drink a lot of water’. It is recommended that you drink at least 8 glasses per day. This will help in the overall upkeep of your health (and in turn your skin). It might seem a little daunting to drink so much; however, this is an important skin care tip.
• A bit of exercise and good sleep are essential too, not just for skin care but for your health as a whole. Lack of sleep can lead to formation of wrinkles below your eyes and lack of exercise can cause your skin to slack. Moreover, exercise and sleep also help in beating stress. So besides being a skin care tip, this is also a health care tip.
• Regularly cleanse your skin (1-2 times everyday). A very effective skin care tip that helps in getting rid of the dirt and other harsh elements from your skin. Cleansing is especially important when you have been out of your house (and hence exposed to pollutants, dust etc). This skin care tip also advocates the use of lukewarm water for cleansing (hot and cold water, both, cause damage to your skin)
• Be gentle, after all it’s your skin. Don’t scrub/exfoliate too hard or too often. Similarly, don’t apply too much or too many skin care products. A must-to-follow skin care tip.
• Keep your skin moist at all times. This is one of the most important skin care tip. Don’t let your skin get dry. Dryness causes the outer layer of your skin to break, leading to a rough and unattractive appearance. Use moisturizers/ emollients. Moisturizers work best when applied while the skin is still damp.
• Avoid the use of soap on your face. Soap should only be used from below the neck. A small but important skin care tip.
• Beat stress. The harmful effects of stress are known to everyone, however, sometimes stating the obvious is essential too (and hence this skin care tip found its place here). Yes, stress harms skin too. So, take a break or indulge in a warm bubble bath or just get good sleep.
• Use sunscreen to protect yourself from sun’s harmful UV radiations. You can use day-time moisturizers that have sunscreen built into them. Use them even when it’s cloudy. UV radiations are known to cause skin cancer, so follow this skin care tip without fail.
• Treat skin dilemmas with care. This skin care tip is about not ignoring any skin dilemmas. Consult your dermatologist before you go on to use a skin care product (just in case you harm your skin even more).

Hope you enjoyed the article and learnt a lot, you can check Paul’s blog www.acne-causes-symptoms.com/blog or simply stick to this place for many different articles from Paul and other wonderful writers.

If you need an acne treatment you can check out these products:
1. Murad Acne complex®: A complete system that does not contain benzoyl peroxide (for people who cannot stand benzoyl peroxide). Check out Acne Complex
3. I am glad to present to you another article from Mr Paul. It discusses how to choose a facial product that is best for your skin (without causing you to break out).

I guess I would leave you to enjoy his article.
Here it is.

Acne: Facial Skin Care: Choosing a Product By: Paul Schaverien

When discussing skin care, facial skin care seems to be top of peoples’ concerns. There are so many facial skin care products available in the market that making an educated choice is extremely difficult. The most common facial skin care products are the ones that are used as part of daily routine. These include item such as cleansers, moisturizers, toners and exfoliators.

A general classification of facial skin care products is based on the following factors:
• Gender (there are facial skin care products for both men and women)
• Age (facial skin care products for young, middle aged and old skin)
• Type of skin (facial skin care products for oily skin, facial skin care products for dry skin, facial skin care products for normal skin and facial skin care products for sensitive skin)
• Skin condition (i.e. facial skin care products for treatment of various skin problems like eczema, acne etc)
That is your starting point for choosing a facial skin care product that suits you. A good way to start is by determining your skin type first. Also note that the skin type changes with age, so the facial skin product that suits you today, might not suit you forever and hence you need to constantly evaluate the effectiveness of your facial skin care product.

The facial skin care products are available in various forms i.e. creams, lotions, gels, masks etc, and a lot of people try to pit one against the other in their discussion on which form is best. However, one can’t really rate one form as better than another form. What suits you (and whatever you are comfortable with) is the best form of facial skin care product for you, really.

However, it’s important to note that these products work differently for different people. So the best thing is to try the facial skin care product on a small patch of skin (e.g. ear lobes) before actually going ahead and using it.
Another important consideration is the state of your skin. If you are suffering from a skin disorder of any kind, it is best to seek the advice of a dermatologist or other medical professional before you actually make your selection and start using a facial skin care product. Once you have decided upon the facial skin care product for yourself, you also need to ensure that you use this facial skin care product in the right way: quite simply follow the instructions for application, use the correct quantity and make the facial skin care product a part of your skin care routine and ensure you follow this routine carefully.

Hope you enjoyed this article because I did.

Love to see you next time. Hope you remember to check out this blog for more articles that I think are great and would help you achieve that acnefree and beautiful skin that you really want.
Your girl saying stay beautifully blessed.

P.S: Check out my previous postings to get more information on products that are very good in fighting acne. That is if we apply the knowledge obtained ‘cos you know that knowledge gained and not applied is as useless as not knowing at all (hope you get my drift).

Well, here is the article that I loved. Thank you, Paul for the article.

Is There A Magic Cure For Acne? By Paul Schaverien

Unfortunately, as I’m sure you’re aware there is no magic cure for acne, but there are many ways to help prevent it and should you be unfortunate enough to have acne, to control it until it has run its course and gone.
For many years research has been undertaken to, if not find the ‘magic’ cure, at least find a method of making acne quickly disappear. There has, as yet been no ‘breakthrough’ but there are now remedies which are effective in controlling acne. Although the type of acne, the seriousness of the acne and the application method or methods all have a bearing on just how effective the remedy will be. Try not to be too downbeat about ever finding a cure: just keep reading and I’ll try my best to help you.
Try these top tips for avoiding or treating acne. You may already know all or some of the tips or they may seem obvious to you but these can help to avoid the onset of acne or help if you have it.
• Drink loads of water everyday – at least 2 liters every day will help to clean your ‘system and flush toxins from your body. This also helps with your general well being.
• Exercise – by taking reasonable exercise you will help to rid your body of toxins and the sweat can help to clear your pores. Always shower after exercise to ensure you are not retaining dead skin etc. on your body.
• Wash regularly – at least five or six times a day using a mild soap. If you have oily skin wash even more than this.
• Don’t wear tight clothing which will retain body perspiration and not allow your body to ‘breathe’ freely.
• Be careful about your diet. Although there is believed to be no direct link between diet and acne it makes sense to avoid foods which are generally accepted to be harmful to your health such as things high in fat, sugar and salt.
• Eat loads of fresh fruit and vegetables – this ties in with the above point and at the least can only improve your general well being.
• Under NO circumstances should you try to pop your acne. It can extend the period you’re affected by acne and lead to scarring. Avoid excessive touching of your face.
• Avoid over using cosmetics and always remove cosmetics before going to bed – your pores can clog up with cosmetics if left on too long.
• Use natural products wherever possible, especially when they will be in constant contact with your body.
• Give your treatment time to work. Don’t just give up if you can see no visible improvement within a couple of days.
Probably the most important action you can take to fight acne, and one that a lot of people forget is to visit your doctor or dermatologist. A lot of people are so busy rushing about trying out the latest ‘instant’ cure, buying ebooks or other ‘schemes’ that they forget that these professionals have vast experience in treating this type of problem.

Check out his blog http://acne-causes-symptoms-cures.com/blog for more articles. I would be posting more of any article that I love in the future.

That is all for today guys. I have got some great face masks recipes that are cheap and can be made in your kitchen. They work wonders for your acne and acne scars. I suggest you try them out and stick to one that suits your skin. Hope you love them.

Here they are:

1. Rose water and lemon juice: This is great for acne scars and acne spots. Extract the juice of a lemon and mix it with some rose water in the ratio 1:1 (i.e. use equal volume of lemon juice and rose water). Apply the mixture to your skin and leave it on for about 30 minutes then rinse off with water. For best results, use it everyday for about 2 weeks and you won’t be sorry. Then at least once a week afterwards. P.S: This is my favorite.

2. Mint juice and tumeric powder: Mix a small quantity of mint juice and a little amount of tumeric powder together; apply to affected areas of your face. Leave it on for 20-30 minutes and rinse off with lukewarm water. Pat your face dry.

3. Vinegar and salt: Mix the vinegar and salt (adequate amount) in a bowl and spread over your spots gently. Leave it on for 15 minutes and rinse off with water.

4. Rose water and honey: This is very good for dry skin. Mix half a teaspoon of rose water with 1 teaspoon of honey. Apply the mixture to your face and leave it on for 20 minutes. Rinse off with water.

5. Tomato mask: This is so easy to prepare. Pulp up a tomato and paste it on your face. Leave it on for about an hour then wash off with water.

See, they are so easy to prepare and cheap too. They should be used at least once a week to observe a wonderful result. Like I said, find one that suits your skin and stick to it.

That is all for today, guys. Hope you try out the masks, it won’t cost you much.

Till the next time I come your way, it’s your girl Bim nubi saying remain beautifully blessed.

P.S: If you are looking for a great acne treatment that takes care of mild and moderate acne look no further than Revitol® Acne Moisturizing Crème and Revitol® Acnezine Skin Antioxidant Capsules. Got an article that I think you all need to read. It basically talks about the use of vitamins and minerals to fight acne (which I have said times without number) and plant extracts. The great thing about taking vitamins/antioxidants is that it is a win-win situation for your body. They may be found in fruits and vegetables and can be found in supplements available in your local drug stores. An example of a product that has lots of vitamins and antioxidant is Revitol® Acnezine Skin Anti-oxidant Capsule. Check them out at http://www.revitol.com/product/overview/Acnezine_Acne_Solution/?aid=490509.

Here is the article, hope you learn a lot. Stay beautifully blessed, Bim nubi.

Acne Remedies Rated High on Effectiveness

Those who suffer from acne, obviously, wish to deal with it as soon as possible as it can have an adverse impact on their self confidence and self esteem. There are, of course, many different types of treatments that are available and many of these are known to be quite effective for the purpose.

As discussed here in a fair amount of detail, there are many acne remedies, among all available ones, that have turned out to be of special merit, as far as acne treatment is concerned.

Vitamin B5
The acne outbreak may worsen if vitamin B5 is taken in excessive quantities, so it is important to limit the intake to the proper dosage, which is up to about 50mg, taken thrice daily. Normal balance of the hormones in the body is restored by this vitamin, which is among the leading and highly useful acne remedies.

Zinc
Acne conditions that are recurrent and among the most difficult to treat can often be suitably treated with the topical application and oral intake of zinc. Various studies that have been conducted to test the results achieved have confirmed its effectiveness.

Zinc is required for the synthesis of DNA, supports the well-being of the senses of smell and taste and aids the working of the immune system of the body. It is present in nearly all cells of the body and is one of the essential minerals required by the body. Even otherwise, it is a mineral that is among the most beneficial ones.

Supplements of zinc can be taken along with a proper diet and it can also be used topically. It helps restore the balance of body chemistry and once that happens, the chances of recurrence of acne are greatly reduced. In order to obtain desirable results, zinc may have to be ingested as well as applied for up to two months.

Tea Tree Oil
This is high on affordability, as compared to other acne remedies, which is an additional advantage that it has. Tea tree oil works against bacteria mainly through a constituent called terpinen-4-ol. This is applied topically on the areas of the skin that are affected by acne and is an essential oil. Tea tree oil is one of the leading acne remedies that are completely natural and highly useful.

Acne remedies can often be found even for those cases that have persisted for years on end and are seemingly untreatable. Those suffering from the skin condition can make use of the ones that are most appropriate and, therefore, improve their looks as well as the way they feel about themselves, within a reasonable period of time.

Source: http://www.articlealley.com/article_585101_17.html

GET THAT SPECTACULAR SKIN THAT YOU DESERVE

Like I said yesterday, I am acne free for now and I am grateful for that. You can’t imagine how many times I have wished that I would have an acne free skin for at least 1 week. This is because it always seems as if as one attack of acne is leaving, another one is coming. Thank God that is at least over for now.

I would like to thank you, my readers for helping me because though I have known about the acne treatment that I use for a long time, I was never motivated to continue it for as long as I have now. Now I just need to get rid of my spots, I have a product that I am using but I would let you know about it when I start to get results. The fact that my face is acne free for now does not mean that I will stop now. NO WAY, I am going to stick to it like glue ‘cos I have a big function coming up and I want to look great.

Well, I would like to let you know about a product that has really helped me. It is Revitol® Acne Moisturizing Crème. If you notice in my previous posts, I did not begin with this product but the high rankings (and ramblings) of my friends about how good the product was, made me curious and I decided to try it (it comes as a system with supplements that last for a month). Well I am glad I did.

It is a cream that is benzoyl peroxide based which means it has got antibacterial activity (due to the benzoyl peroxide). It is also loaded with lots and lots and lots of herbal extracts like Calendula extract, Aloe vera extract, Lemon peel extract, chamomile extract and so much more. Check out what the other extracts are and their function is at
http://www.revitol.com/product/overview/Acnezine_Acne_Solution/?aid=490509. It is also moisturizing which means the ‘supposed’ dryness that is to be felt with benzoyl peroxide is taken care of by the moisturizing agent.

All the herbal extracts are included to help with either the inflammation of acne or irritation that is associated with acne. I think if the manufacturers had just put all the above ingredients it would make a great product. Don’t you think? But guess what? Check out http://www.revitol.com/product/overview/Acnezine_Acne_Solution/?aid=490509 to know what they did.

Okay I would give you a sneak preview, they added some vitamins to it (my, oh my, nourishment inside and out, if you get my drift). If you don’t, here is what I mean. It comes with a supplement pack that contains vitamins and antioxidants. NOW you get it….nourishment inside and out. That is not all; there are some SECRET INGREDIENTS that are added that I cannot tell you about, you just have to find out yourself. So do the ‘indiana jones’ thing check outhttp://www.revitol.com/product/overview/Acnezine_Acne_Solution/?aid=490509. I am sure you won’t be sorry.

Another thing that I love about Revitol® Acne Moisturizing Crème is its color and packaging. The packaging is simply divine, the blue color and shape is great. The bottle of its supplement is great too. I personally have a problem when buying things I tend to look at the packaging before I even consider reading the label and deciding if the product is good or not. It is good for all ages.

Oh by the way, they have got this great promo going on, why don’t you find out about it yourself. Get curious; explore a little ‘cos you have got nothing to lose but your acne.

I got curious, gave it a try and I am saying (not too sound too PROUD) ‘I AM ACNE FREE’.

Gotta run. Hope you had a nice time, I sure did.
It’s your girl, Bim nubi saying stay beautifully blessed. Ciao.

WELCOME

Hi everyone.
Welcome to a blog dedicated to helping you get rid of your acne spot or scar.
